（1）Regularly collect the pesticide use and rainfall of each citrus producing area throughout the year and make statistics, establish a database, select the producing area with less pesticide use and sufficient rainfall in one producing area, and provide a basis for fixing the variety and origin of raw materials.

（3）Conduct pesticide residue testing on raw materials from each production area and select raw materials with qualified pesticide residues.
